All my files have gone during account transfer. HELP!

Hello,
For over 8 years, I had and used a student Fusion 360 account with no issues. A few months ago, I was required to verify the account via the email, which I no longer had access to. After some back and fourth with the support team, they were able to transfer my files over to a personal account and closed the student one down. When I opened the personal account, everything was fine! All my files were there.
Skip forward to last week, I opened fusion and bang. New account. All my files were gone, I was having prompts for tutorials, setting up Hubs etc. After contacting Autodesk support, they say they don't know what has happened and they currently don't have a way to recover any of the data.
I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar. I have lost hundreds of files, uni and personal designs that are very valuable to me.
I have attached diagnostic logs.
