Are you using the "Limit Effects..." option in the Help > Graphics diagnostics menu? This is one easy way to get some performance out of the preferences in Fusion 360.

Looking through some of the reports that you've submitted it looks like the driver for your Intel Graphics card was last updated on 7/5/2016. Could you try looking for an update on the Intel website below?

If you are experiencing any crashing, can you please submit the error report to Autodesk. The last one submitted from your e-mail address is from 8/1 which is already a previous version of the software.
Here's a few other generic suggestions that may help.
1. Configure any anti-virus or security software installed on the computer to exclude scanning of critical Fusion 360 directories on the computer. The below link should help get you started.

You should exclude the below directory and sub-directories (this is the installation directory).
C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\
I think it may also be a good idea to include the directory that contains your locally cached files, for good measure.
C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\
2. If the above suggestion doesn't help, another diagnostic procedure we can run is to run Windows in safe mode with networking enabled. The idea here is to disable all but the critical processes that are running on the computer to see if there is any change in behavior. The below link provides step by step instructions for how to start Windows in safe mode.
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Dia...
If you find that Fusion is running in a more stable fashion in safe mode, this may indicate that there is a background process that Fusion 360 is conflicting with.
3. One other item is removing peripheral devices such as a Space Mouse or a Wacom Tablet from the equation. As a diagnostic procedure only, it may be helpful to test Fusion 360 with the space mouse/tablet disconnected and all associated background processes disabled to see if Fusion 360 becomes more performant.
If you have a dataset or a series of steps that can consistently produce a hang/crash or a crash, please share that with us. There may be something specific with the dataset or the workflow that we can help with or at least report to development to review and fix. Doing this type of testing can also help to reveal whether or not an issue is specific to one computer.
One last point is if you can share a Autodesk Screencast of the issue, it might help me to better understand the behavior you're reporting.
I hope this helps!
