After the October update, some files are crashing at opening.

Hi there,
After the October update, some files are crashing on opening and we're not able to work on them anymore. I had one machine that wasn't updated yet, and everything was opening fine there. But that one also got automatically updated and now we can't access a file that needs to go to the client and to production.
Both the 3D and drawings files are not opening.
It's a sensitive content file for a client, so I can't share it at a Froum level.
What do I do?
