@FrodoLoggins Do you have screencast installed by any chance? Does uninstalling screencast help?

Seems to have been a major login issues yesterday right around update release. I got this when I launched Fusion:

Clicking next took me to an even more pointless page:

Couldn't report it as any time I logged into the forum I was logged out as I tried to type, and all of the other support options logged me out on pressing submit!

Sorry for hearing this problem. Can you help to provide the diagnostics files for our development team to investigate it? Please refer to the picture to get the diagnostic log files.

This should be a different issue but I'm asking the reason from development team.

Thanks,

There is a thread on the German Fusion 360 forum where a number of users report the same thing.

Uninstalling Screencast appears not to be a solution and the OP in that thread does no have it installed to begin with.

Here you go. Although Fusion is now running again accessing files is ultra slow, and pops up occasional random cloud related errors.

Here are my logs as well, if it helps. This is directly after launching fusion and signing in.

Thanks for providing the diagnostics log files! I have logged an internal defect to ask the development team to take a look. Will update to you when I get some feedback.

Thanks,

It has not been fixed. Just installed the latest version and I had to log back in when I opened the new version of Fusion.

We are taking a look at the logs (thank you for providing the logs). Can each of you also let us know if you have any other Autodesk products installed on your machine?

With the amount of times Fusion 360 crashes doing simple things like fillets, this has become a serious annoyance to the point where I've had to log in to F360 about 8 times in one hour. I can't even use the Inspection panel to measure distances between two things without this friggen program crashing and causing me loss of work.

having to log in again after feels like a slap in the face while I'm already down.

Please fix this issue.

This issue has been resolved (for me at least) as of 2.0.13168, thank you!

Edit: It doesn't *always* require a login now, but it still sometimes does. Still mildly irritating.

Edit Jul 27: Even after uninstalling and cleaning up Autodesk files multiple times, it still asks me to login on every launch. It's driving me absolutely mad.
