add texture/import .csv files

I am a beginner with fusion 360, but have previously worked with solidwork of autocad.

I can't find method to import .csv files, specifically Parametric values in fusion 360 

can you help me?

I use an "Education license".
And how can I configure the settings so that a wooden texture will automatically be added when creating ex. a component?

Actually i uploaded, but don't know how to add to parametric list
