Add on not appear on tool bar

I downloaded and installed Shaper Utilities Add-In for Fusion 360 (Windows 64), but Add-in doesn't appear on the Design Workspace under the Tools tab. I have restarted Fusion 360 and even restarted the computer. Please help. Thanks

Your best bet is to go back to the Add-In store, where you downloaded the application and choose the customer support link.  I linked it here also.
