Can I add a group of features to the configuration at once?. Probably showing suppression as the only valid option or probably let the user know that suppression is the only available option?. There are very inexpensive add ons (like Cut/Join By components) that will group features. Or what about when you select a group to be added to the configuration it will create a new Theme table with all the features inside the group (and by default, the name of the theme table will be the name of the group istself) (only suppression is available). This might be usefull to configure futures you want to group together and you do not have to add each feature individually to the configuration.
P.S I am very new to designing and Fusion 360.
