Account stuck as educational license

I haven't used Fusion in a while, but previously was using the free version (personal license) without issue. I tried logging in to make something today, and all my files are read only and it's forcing me to subscribe. When I try to sign up for a personal use edition, it says my email is invalid. When I try to do the chat, it says I have an educational account and is trying to force me to verify enrollment, which I can't since I'm not enrolled. The AI chat is leading me to a website for help verifying my status, and if I can manage to get it to decide to connect me to an agent it says no live chat agents are available.

 

How can I activate the personal use version again?

@Etkini Do you by any change created multiple Fusion accounts at any time? Can you direct message me the email that you registered that you are having this problem?

I would love to, but this website is broken as well. When I try to send a message with my email address, it tells me there's invalid HTML in the message and when I try to resend it says I've sent too many. The email address is the one associated with this account.
