Account problem - Unable to open 3D Print Dialog Box or save stl

I am suddenly (last few days) unable to open the 3D print dialog box or save to a STL file.   When I try the system doesn't do anything.  If I repeat the command I crash.   Everything has been working fine for a few years.  It  is a consistent problem which I've tested on 3 different computers so I thought it might be some kind of account problem.  So I setup a new Autodesk account and everything works fine. I can save STL files with no problem.   I deleted a number of file in my account in case there is a storage limit but that made no difference.  It makes no difference what the file is I try to print.    I can't save a simple box to STL.  Is there any account repair?  Thanks.

Hi @rickrose46WYT

I'm sorry you experiencing this issue.

It sometimes is related to the local cache so could you clear your local cache with the original account?

How to clear local user cache in Fusion 360.

If you can't resolve it, Could you let me know what your account is through Private messages?

I look forward to your reply

Many thanks,

Ahreum.

Ahreum-

I got the screencast you sent showing the many ways you created a STL of one of my projects.   Seems to work OK for you so maybe it is not a account problem.   None of that works for me on 3 different computers.   Yet logging into a new account I can create STL's with no problem on all 3 computers.  Leaves me very confused.

Hi @rickrose46WYT

Thank you for your update!

Mmm..  Smiley Sad can we delete the cache file manually?

Before deleting the folder and file, please create a backup file or confirm that your files are uploaded to A360

Window :

C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\[My account number]  (Please delete account number folder)

C:\users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services  (please delete LoginState.xml file)

Mac :

HD\User\[User Name]\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\[My account folder]

HD\User\[User Name]\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Web Services

I look forward to your reply

Many thanks,

Ahreum.

Appreciate the help Ahreum.   I tried that once before but repeated anyway and it does not solve the problem.

FYI- I moved a file to a new Autodesk account on the same machine and I can create STL's just fine.

Regards,

RIck

Hi @rickQH3F4,

Thank you for your understanding! I will ask it to the development team or account team. If I receive any updates, I will get back to you.

Many thanks,

Ahreum.

Hi Ahreum-

If the development team or account team has no recommendations for me would you recommend I just setup another account.  Right now I'm sharing to another account which allows me to create STLs.   Any tricks for moving all the files to the new account rather than sharing if that is the recommendation?

Thx,

Rick
