Account owner name change not reflected on new drawings

We have switched owner of the F360 account. 

The owner of the Items of the part and the drawing have the name of the new user.

But when creating a drawing, the field Created By (aka drawn by) will be the name of the former owner.

How can I get this right?

Please check if edit title block will make the 'Created by' up to date, showing as attached video.

No, did not help.

I should also say that I have recreated the template many times since making the shift of account name.
