Account is verified but still says term has expired

I am a student and about a week ago I sent a request to revalidate my student licence and it was approved. However, when I opened up Fusion, it still states that my "term has expired" even though it was validated. I uninstalled and redownloaded it but it still says "term has expired". I have signed out and back in but it still says "term has expired". I need Fusion to work because it is a necessity for my class. I resent a request for it to be looked at. They said that it is valid and is working but it's not.

I have this same problem. I'm Technical staff in a University and although my account is verified, it's still displaying as expired. 

I've tried re-logging and reinstalling. Still the same problem.

I am having this same issue for many of my students. Some have had accounts that were verified a couple days ago and some from the fall. At this point getting ready to shift to a different software that will actually let the kids use it once they jump through the verification hoops.
