Accidentally deleted a recovered file

I was working on an important file that I hadn't saved yet and then fusion crashed. When I reopened fusion, I accidentally hit delete instead of open 😭 I was wondering if I would still be able to recover that deleted file?

Please let me know if I can do anything, thank you!

Thank you for posting. As you hit delete button, it should have deleted the recovery file from your pc hard drive. So, I see a less chance to recover it again. But, for a quick check, you may locate the recovery folder manually to check if it is still there or not.

Procedure from fusion support article:

• Manually browse to the following location. You can use the upload command to upload the appropriate *.f3d file

Note: These directories are located in hidden files and folders. For instructions for enabling hidden files and folders see these articles for Windows and Mac OS. 
<GUID> is a sequence of letters and numbers

Windows: %appdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<GUID>\CrashRecovery 
Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/<GUID>/CrashRecovery

Hi, i have similiar problem, fusion 360 crashed two times while i was working on a project. First, i let Fusion to recover my project, i worked on it, saved it and got to it later. When i opened the project, Fusion asked on recovering the file. I thought it wants to recover the older version (there haven't been writen dates/comparation which file is newer!) so i choosed to not recover the file. The older version was loaded and now i am trying to recover the recover file.

I was looking for my options and first problems i see are: My trash folder in Admin projects folder is empty and there is no "CrashRecovery" folder on my computer.
