a software problem has caused Fusion 360 to close unexpectadly

Hello 

I have an issue with Fusion 360 everytime i close the software i get the above message. My projects are still saved however i get the Fusion error report stating the message i have left my email and a mesage in the details and have not received any answer not sure if an answer was expected either.

I use windows 10 

I have uninstalled once just regular uninstall and then clean uninstall I also used the tool provided by autodesk i have followed one post saying to rename the w.???? folder i did and nothing works

I greatly appreciate your help in this matter
