A better way need, deleting lines

I am importing a DXF and need to make it slightly bigger, 0.2mm all the way around the edge..  What I am doing works, but deleting the inner line is very time consuming, is there a better way

I extrude a body from the imported DXF and then take a projection from that, this allows me to select the hole line for the offset.  After the offset I need to delete the inner line, this has to be done piece by piece (can be a 100 or more)  I cant chain select the line.

Double click in a sketch will select an entire chain of curves:

You might want to consider a different workflow entirely.  Take a look at the attached video.
