3mf from fusion360 problem

Hi, I tried to create a table stand with a QR code. I split the QR code into bunch of objects so I could color it later in bambuu studio (I selected the desired parts, input -0.4mm and created new body). - as seen on pictures attached.

But when I exported it in 3mf and uploaded it into bambuu studio it looked as on third picture - there were random rectangles and when I deleted them all objects were deleted as well. But Qr stayed, but no longer linked to the objects, so I could not color it.

I could move with every object freely. I really don’t know what to do with it, so I am asking for help please. When i did it on friends computer in his fusion it worked normally.

Hi, I already solved it. There was problem with uploading to Bambu studio. Every time I uploaded some file with small object in it, it asked me this: "The object in the Untitled4.3mf file is too small; it may be in meters or inches. Would you like to convert it to millimeters?" and since logical answer seemed Yes I clicked Yes (also marked as recomended answer)....and for some reason that messed the whole file everytime - making small objects significantly bigger, while keeping the rest same. Now when I do it without it, it works normally. Weird.

But thank you very much for your help.
