3d sketching causes 3d mouse panning to slow down and become unuseable

FYI: regular PTZ works fine ie using the Origin grab box in the upper right hand side of the screen. no slowdown at all.

The slowdown only effects the use of a 3d mouse, in this case a Space Pilot Pro.
