3d print settings no longer saved

since a recent update, when I go to 3d print something, I always have to select   my slicer program again.

@bbrendon We made many other changes for our September update including this one and with the feedback we received we will be reverting back to the old behavior. Don't have a time frame on the fix but hoping we can revert it back soon.
