3d model web viewer not loading

loading wheel just spins and model never displays.

all of my other models load just fine in the web viewer.

Using your link I can confirm that I cannot see it in the LMV (large model viewer). However if I download the file and re-upload into Fusion the viewable are present. 

Can you please do a couple of things:

1. Can you confirm what version of Fusion you are on right now? (2.0.18961 is the latest version that you should be on)
2. On the latest build if you save the file again (just make a small edit), does that help?

Hi Rajkumar,

I was using 

Fusion 2.0.18950 arm64 [Native].

Per your instruction, I updated to the latest 

Fusion 2.0.18961 arm64 [Native].

I then made a small change to each file. 

2/3 of the files started showing properly. 

I made a second small change to the file that was not showing.

Now 3/3 files are showing properly.

@RajkumarIlanchelian I have experienced this with some models as well, but I've not been able to determine a pattern of why this happens. This isn't a recent problem. It has happened across different versions of Fusion for quite a while.

It does seem to happen more often when I use imported models I receive from vendors.

This is happening again.

Making a small edit is not working. Nor is quitting fusion and reloading. Nor is copying the file and saving a new version.

Actually it appears that the 3D model viewer for every product on my website are down. That's not good. I can't sell without these.

@NicolasXu Can you see why the link is not able to generate LMV?

Thank you for your response. This appears to have been a temporary outage. All of my 3D models are working again.
