3 year educational license instantly expired

Hi,

i have recently received my educational license which i am extremely grateful for. However during my first design today i realised i was unable to save as the option was greyed out along with the words "term expired" and "buy now" at the top of my screen. is there something i need to further do so i can save my projects?

In all likelihood, your 30 day trial ran out before your educational license was approved. 

Please start by following the steps in this article. If that doesn't work, there's an issue with your account that the EDU support team can fix. I recommend creating a chat case with them here.
