3 Measurement Boxes On My Display Not Sure How They Got There or What They Are

These 3 measurements appeared on my grid on the left (highlighted) I am not sure what they are, how they got there and how to get rid of them?

I don't see them.  Here is what I see with the design you shared:

Those boxes look like orphaned UI from some command.  You might try exiting Fusion and re-starting it.
