2D Pocket not selecting all pockets

I have two sides to a bookcase with dados & rabbets I need to CNC.  I select a bit smaller than the dado and select the bottom of all pockets - yet Fusion skips some of them...  Tried new setup, and recreating parts.  no luck.

Please attach your model so the Forum users can take a look at the specifics of your model issues.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

I went into your Design Environment and redefined your "Board" as a solid rather than a surface and all the 2D Pockets are recognized.  The order of the toolpaths is crazy but that was not the original question.  If you have a Fusion 360 subscription, you job would be a lot easier if you used the Arrange command.  You have to make it available in your Preferences.  If you would like a Screencast of how easy Arrange is to use, let me know.  You can eliminate all the placement you did of your components on your standard sheet (board), it does it for you.  Again, this depends on your license.  Model is attached.

@dcolley_ptfnola the initial toolpath failure does appear to be a bug. Depending on where you have the WCS Origin set will determine whether or not you will get all your toolpath. I've logged a bug ticket on this, CAM-31169
