I am using Fusion to program a CNC router with a tangential knife and I need the tool to pickup on really sharp corners with harsh angles. When using the 2d contour tool path, I have been using the "Keep sharp corners with loop" outer corner mode, and for the most part it works great for my application. However, From time to time it will randomly choose to pick up the tool even when there are no sharp corners on the geometry. What drives what fusion deems as a sharp corner? I have been editing the part geometry until it doesn't do this, but it is a little bit erratic when it decides to pick up the tool, as other fillets create a continuous tool path as desired.
