Hello,there is an error code named 02-err-003 and there seems to be no solution pasted on your boards, also it says "You may download immediately and start to use the software in trial mode" but it needs me to sign in to get the 30 day trial but the exact error shows when I try to sign up again. How do you solve this? Thanks.

Try going to the below website.

https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview

Select the Download Free Trial button.

Enter an e-mail address

Then the install will download to your computer

Start the installer after it is done downloading.

This process is totally independent of your account. 

You may be able to sign up for a subscription within Fusion 360 by selecting the Trial counter at the top right hand of the Fusion 360 window.

If you are still having difficulties with a specific account, it may be a good idea to contact the Accounts Team.
