the PWM-value for GRBL-controlled machines (laser-power-output) is defined by using the s-value in the gcode. At the moment this value ist at 255 which means about 25% power. This should be easier to edit.
Thank you George for you advice, I didn't recognise the opportunity to edit this value. Perhaps for newbies it would be easier to make a scale from 0-100% which edits the s-value from 0-1000
Thanks for the recommendation, I will look at adding that functionality. I have also added properties so you can adjust the power value for etching and vaporize cutting.. That should appear in the library soon
Appears I was wrong. If you have the new GRBL with laseroption, it does laser on on G1/2/3 and laser off on G0. So this is only valid for new versions. Old versions still need M5 to turn laser off, but there is no reason anyone should not update their setup. I'm testing along.
