Hi, when creating a production order, my product will have operations assigned to it. Step 1, Step2, Step 3 for example. In the operations tab it will have the start and end date, workers and machines. In this section you should also have 'materials and quantity' so there is no need to then go into the 'Materials / Sub products option' and manually set up each task, this tab could be deleted all together.
This is double handling. We've already selected these operations when setting up the product in the Products menu, but then we're required to go into the 'Materials / Sub-products' section to re-enter the same operations and assign materials (also this section you can select and deselect the steps). It would save a significant amount of time if there were a simple dropdown menu for selecting materials and quantities directly within the 'Operations' tab as we already know what operations and steps are required in this menu.
