Minimum Operation Times

The option to set minimum operation times for mobile users, both for accuracy of reporting on the shopfloor and analytics on the admin side would be very useful.  For example, if an operation should take about 4 hours, the user would not be able to confirm it in under a percentage variance or a set amount of time, say 3.5 hours in this case.

I see the potential issue of a worker not starting a record on time and therefore not being able to close it due to this minimum time required. In this case, it would not be possible to record the following operation. Would you expect the worker to ask his manager to fix the production record's data?

Regardless of the answer, being an optional feature, it would only have the potential to block the worker if that would be indeed the intended behavior.

Yes, that could be an issue that the manager would then have to fix in the record's data, but I don't necessarily think that is a negative. In fact, I think this situation would not occur very often after it's implemented.  And, I think that even a five or ten minute minimum operation time for say, a four hour operation, would be enough to encourage the desired results in a short amount of time.
