Inventory Movement Types

Inventory Movement Types

Inventory movements used to include Shipping, Receiving, Consumption, and Produced, but now it’s only Shipping and Receiving. That change makes it harder to understand what actually happened when fixing inventory issues, because the extra movement types helped explain the cause and made the history clearer. Bringing all four options back would make corrections easier and keep our records more accurate.

Hello @jimmya333, thank you for this idea. Those options were removed to ensure consumptions and productions are always made against a specific Production Order, helping to ensure production costs are accurate. Would having a dummy Production Order to track generic consumptions in the shop floor help?
