While the reporting tools are helpful, they lack the flexibility to create fully custom reports. Users who need to combine specific data fields or metrics often have to rely on external tools or manual work, which can be time-consuming. A customizable reporting suite would allow users to design and generate reports tailored to their needs directly within the system. This feature would reduce the time spent on data manipulation and provide a seamless way to extract actionable insights, making the platform far more versatile and efficient.

Suggestions:

• Develop a drag-and-drop interface for building custom reports.
• Enable users to include any available data fields in their reports.
• Offer multiple export options (e.g., PDF, Excel) to match different needs.

Regarding the reports, I think they should go a step further.
The data already exists, it is just the construction of the report itself that should be adapted to each client, as such, using an AI machine, I think it would be possible for each one to obtain tailored reports and save these definitions for later use.

I believe that having in the first place a way to select the columns and the general report configuration would be a great first step. The system could then use some rules or logic according to the fields being used to know which columns to suggest when the report "layout" is being created.
