Wrong tool assigned to operation in NC Setup Sheet

Hi all,

Bit of an odd one here. 

I have a setup of 3 operations using 3 different tools...

 

The NC code shows the 3 different tools....

The set up sheet directly from the set up show 3 different tools...

But the set up sheet from the NC Code shows only 2 tools and has assigned the wrong tool to an operation (operation 2 should be a 16mm flat end mill)...

This is an issue as we print the NC set up sheets and the CNC operator uses the tool info to set the tooling (manual tool changing) which led to parts being incorrectly machined on a previous job.

Any ideas...?

Okay, this seems to be a weird bug...

I closed the design, reopened and created a new NC program. This one gave the expected results...

This would also explain why the previous design which had the wrong tool assigned looked totally normal when I opened it to investigate. The incorrect set up sheet from the NC Program was correct after closing and reopening... Very odd!

Could you attach a F3d file? to reproduce this?

I can post the F3d file but since closing and reopening it has resolved the issue.. All the NC programs now generate the correct set up sheets...
