Working with the new setup sheets

After some time on another post i had, i realized i have to switch to using the nc programs to post and create setup sheets.
i really like how they designed this functionality but i feel like im either missing the point, or they did when creating this feature.
is there a way when creating setup sheets (the html version) to display what post or machine it is using? also how would a setup guy know where my WCS is on a particular program?
on my custom template i post to excel with, i have to fill this information in, no problem its excel. it likes me changing stuff and adding content.
but with the setup sheet built in i dont have the flexibility to add content, and besides that it is all there to add, why cant fusion just add these last few items to the built in setup sheets?
i would love to implement the built in sheets, and use computers at the machines to access files directly, as they could add comments to the sheets online for me to see and correct any issues. but i cant go away from the excel sheets until i figure out how to add the mentioned functionality.
is what im talking about possible with the default sheets, or am i correct in assuming there isnt an option yet.
