Will Fusion 360 work with this machine

Some financial setbacks delayed my jump into this CNC hobby, but I've been playing with Fusion 360 and I like it.  One of the things I really like is that I'm on a Mac, and I travel frequently.  I'm hoping to do my design when I'm on the road, and do my milling on weekends.  I was looking at this machine:

I have some old Windows computers I can get my hands on to run the mill, but didn't want to shell out $638 and have it be a waste.  I'd like to start with this machine, learn the ins and outs, and sell some pieces to get a better machine.  Does anyone have some advice for me?

It will work on a win xp, 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 computer it uses Mach3, will it be a good machine that's 50/50 if you know your way around electronics and mechanical objects you may be fine but if you don't it's a risk you may have to spend the same amount again to make it work, in other words it's a big risk and it's upto you. most people would just say no don't do it

Could a machine like this use an Arduino to control it?  Use the machine for the table, screws, linear bearings and gantry and spindle, and replace the electronics?
