Why does the mill make excess cuts when simulating?

Hi!

When I simulate the milling process it leaves a little area, where there isn't my object! Why is that and how do I get rid of this?And a question about the blue layer which is left behind, is it going to stay there, or is that milled out as well?

Any advice?

That is your toolpath, The area comes from your stock size. If you dont want it to cut so much, choose smaller stock. You have some real weird stock settings.
