What does red on bore faces after a simulation indicate?

I'm always confused by this ...
What do the red lines on the bore faces mean after a simulation?
I always expect to see green as a result of the finish pass, but instead it's red.
That's not a crash, correct?
Does that indicate an error in my tool path parameters?

It's usually a tolerance issue in the simulation as well as being effected by the Accuracy slider. Take a look at your Tolerance (I like to keep them at .0001") and Stock to Leave (should be at zero) settings in the toolpath, and if those are good, then so is your toolpath.

@seth.madore thanks for the reply!
That is how my simulation is configured. So does that mean there's a toolpath issue?

"Toolpath issue" is subjective. The accuracy on Simulation can only be so tight, it's quite likely this is a false alarm. Could you share your Fusion model?

In my prior response, I called out two values in the toolpath themselves. What are those set to? If those are as I indicated they should be, I'd just disregard the simulation coloring. What does the coloring look like when it's set to "Operation"?

@seth.madore, I think you're right. I think it's a false alarm.
Here's my model link: https://a360.co/3BPWTmt
In operation mode it looks good ... I think (I'm still learning).

Thanks
