What are these mill bits called and how to add them to my tool library?

Hey, I had these bits given to me, but I have no idea how do I create these specific types in my tool library, because they are pretty extraordinary, I can't seem to find a laser point bit in the tool library, so what do I do to add these in?I added a pic below and some links to the specs. Please help!

Your bottom 2 would just be a "Chamfer mill" type bit and the burr would be either a "ball mill" or a lollipop cutter.
