Waterjet 4 Axis possible?

Hello, we currently use Fusion as a CAM Solution for our CNC Machines. We also have a Waterjet with very outdated and bad software. I was wondering if it's possible to generate toolpaths for a 4-Axis Waterjet. We have XYZ and a rotating head in order to cut at an angle.

The 2D Profile toolpath (waterjet, laser, plasma) doesn't support any form of Tool Orientation, so, unfortunately, any sort of four axis motion isn't possible at this point.

You could sort of hack it with 2D contour and some code edits though...
