Unsupported geometry for 2D Open Pocket - toolpath created fine a month ago

Hi, I made a sign and cut it out a month ago. I went to make another one after changing some text and got an error on a pocket toolpath "Unsupported geometry for 2D Open Pocket detection". I went back to my original file for the first sign and it showed that it had a proper toolpath, but when I went to regenerate it after changing absolutely nothing I also got the unsupported geometry error. Please Help if you can. I've attached the working file with the proper toolpath that I created a month ago when it worked fine. If you click regenerate on the second toolpath you will get the error. Thanks, Julia

Just a note to say that we have your file and the developers are going to look at it next week. I would (for now) suggest using 3D Pocket Clearing, it should be able to get you what you need.
