Trouble with machine sim V2 detecting erroneous collisions.

Hello,

I've customized a VF2 and TM1P HAAS Mill, so it has our TRT100 fixed to the table, and it moves with the 4th and 5th axis. however, since the update to machine sim V2 the machine is contently detecting collisions when the table is in the 90-degree positions. Attached are my machine sim files and the respective models I used to construct them. Please assist me in this because it's extremely annoying seeing it detect collisions constantly.

Thanks,

Vincent

Hi,

I have looked at the VF2

The problem you are likely having is due to the TRT100 being included in the X axis

Ideally each separate axis should be in it own component.

What I have done is broken the link to that component and removed it from the Xaxis component.

Now the TRT100 is by itself.

Then you need to select the Base of the TRT for the X axis

The "A axis" Component for the A axis

And the "B axis" component for the C axis.

That should solve your problem

I suspect the same with the TM-1 but have run out of time to look at that one
