Toolpath Sim: "Go to next move" button jumps the tool two moves instead of one

According to this help article:

"In Simulation, it is possible to single-step through a toolpath by clicking the Next and Previous buttons while the simulation is paused; each click jumps to the next or previous point in the toolpath."

 

As shown in the below video, clicking the next/Go to next move button doesn't move the tool to the next point, but rather the point after the next point:

 

 

I believe the tool should move to this point:

But the tool actually jumps to this point:

- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.
