Tool stops when I don't think it should?

"Stop tool on collision" is checked off but this isn't:

So the setting is greyed out:

Hello,

 

When "Stop on collision" is checked off tool will stop on collision.

To change it you can check off "Stock" then uncheck "Stop on collision" and then uncheck "Stock" if that is what you need.

After that it should look like this:
