Hey guys I am  new to Fusion and to thread milling  I'm trying to cut a 7/8-9 thread in a plate using an insert thread mill from Vardex it has the pitch built right into the insert im trying to figure out the best way to program this in fusion to cut the threads i tried setting up a tool but it seems to only let me choose a single point threading tool any help with this is greatly appreciated https://vargen.vargus.com/VargusGenWeb/Pages/ThreadTabs.aspx?ToolingSys=ThreadMilling here is a link to the tool i am using

When you setup your tool you need to specify the pitch 1/9 (0.1111) and the number of teeth. It should look something like this. Of course you may rather program your tool in metric. Provided your flute length is greater than the depth the mill will compete one 360 degree helix and then exit.

Thanks for the help i was missing that one little piece about the thread pitch that got me hung up  the threads in simulate seem to look fine i am about to make a test run now
