Hi everyone,
I currently work on a classic 3 axis CNC machine where a 5 axis divider is installed. The divider have a lot of geometric defect and I have measured them. So I try to get them in Fusion360 in order to adapt the Gcode in function of theses faults.
A axis is along X
B axis is along Z
I have positionnate as better as I can at the horizontal
A and B axis aren't perpendicular, the angle between them is 90,459°, so when the A axis is at 90° the plate isn't parallel to the X axis.
There is a second defect. The B axis is shifted of 6,2mm along Y axis.
So I have enter theses values in the configuration of the machine (in Fusion360).
The generated Gcode have change but it still not take in account all the defects.
Do you have solutions to take in account theses geometric faults ?
