T-spline model failed to convert

Hi so I came across this issue saying T-spline model failed to convert. I'm not sure how do I fix this but the problem does seem to be the rims of the vehicle. It would be a great help if someone can help me fix this. I've attached the file as well 🙂

The file you shared is corrupt. I'm sharing the restored file with the rim geomtery modified. Hope it's good enough. In this design, the faces were intersecting themselves and needed to be pulled out of the intersection.

Thank you so much, after I posted this question the file became corrupted. And you restored it, can't thank u enough. However a wheel is missing lol. Nevertheless, thank you for refining the overall design as well!
