I'm not seeing this in a quick test, with the toolpaths shown below. The first toolpath has -.01" stock to leave, the second is with no stock to leave. As you can see, there are clear differences in the results.

Could you share your Fusion file that is giving you this issue?

File >Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Hi.

Here is the Fusion file. If you simulate the swarf1 you will see it takes nothing. If you do the same with the rotary3 you will see it takes the negative stock to leave.

Your Swarf is tilting the tool at approximately 45 degrees, the Rotary is approaching the part at 90 degrees to it (Perpendicular to the surface) The Stock to Leave in each toolpath will behave differently, simply due to math. A -.15mm on a tool that's at a 45 to a surface will actually only be (approximately) half that amount.

Duplicating the Swarf toolpath and changing the Stock to Leave amounts also show that it's working as expected:

If you say you will have -0,15 in both radial and axial it should be the same if it is 10 or 80 degrees. If i make af contour tiltet in 45 degrees there is no problem. I don't think the degrees is the problem.
