Swap to left-hand rule

Hello,
I am currently generating the toolpath for my part with the origin placed in the bottom left corner (z axis pointing upwards), the x axis horizontally and y axis vertically.
I was curious to find out if it's possible to swap between x and y axes, with the z remaining as is (switching to left-hand rule).

You can toggle which axis is the X and Y, but it's not possible to have the Y going to the right and the X going positive vertical, if that's what you are asking:

To get a WCS alignment that differs from the "industry standard", it's going to require some massaging of the post processor. You're still going to have to setup your WCS in Fusion along the right hand rule (or the equivalent alignment for your machine):
