Sub spindle face feature, invalid tool angles...

Trying to create a turning tool-path to finish face feature for a QTN350 MSY on the sub spindle side.  Everything I've tried is not working.  Even tried a grooving tool along with a Profile Finish strategy and still nothing.  Is this something in the works??

Thanks,

Sean

wild stab in the dark; which way is your setup Z oriented for the second operation?

It should be inverted relative to the first operation, even if that does not match the axis configuration of the machine.

I think when I exported, I did it from the tree in design and it only saved the solid file.  Should all be there now...

Reversing the "Z" did the trick.  I was not aware by selecting the "sub-spindle" option in the setup that it would post a reverse z value in the code, seems counter intuitive.

Thanks!
