Spun Profile not very accurate

Hi

Attached is a file with two components.  One is original and the other has the slots deleted.  There is a finishing ID profile cut on each component.  The toolpath on the original component isn't very accurate.  The component without the slots is perfect.  You can see this when you zoom in closer to the toolpath.  You can also see it in the g-code if you post process both profiles and compare them.

Is this avoidable?  Am I doing something wrong?

PS I'm still waiting with bated breath for the return of those handy incremental buttons that were removed a little while ago.  I really miss them. Thanks 🙂

It looks like the new "Spun Profile" option in Preferences is resulting in this inaccuracy. You can turn that off:
