Split Face question

Hello, how come I cant select several shapes from my sketch to be part of the "Splitting Tool" in "Split Face" dialogue ? I can select other things like parts of the body but not more shapes from the sketch. Am I doing this wrong or is it just a limitation ?

Hi magnusPGNJ5,

While this is a good question, you will likely have better luck if you ask in the Design/Modeling forum for Fusion - http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/bd-p/124

This forum is all about CAM and has a smaller subset of people who are able to answer modeling questions.

Hope they can help!

Best Regards,

Noah

I believe the split command only allows you to select a single 'splitting tool' whether it be a sketch, surface etc.

I believe this is done on purpose. I can see how it would be beneficial in your case, but when using surfaces to split I believe it could be quite unstable using more than one at a time
