Small pockets will not go to full depth

I use Fusion 360 and doing CNC machining on daily basis and can master most tasks and solve problems I encounter, but there is one thing I can't manage to solve. Often when I have a small hole about 2-5 mm the bit (usually 2 mm diameter) doesn't go all the way through the stock I have specified. I choose Pocket and everything looks fine - no warnings, nothing red. Furthermore, everything is looking good in the simulation. I can see the blue spiral going right to the bottom and I zoom in at the bottom of the hole, angling the view so I can see the end of the bit going all the way down. But in the machine the bit goes down just 1,5 mm or so (stock is typical 4 to 8 mm).
And it seems this happens randomly when I have small holes - I often route 5-6 mm holes and then it never happens.

you would realy need to post a file with this problem To do this Go to File -> Export and save as a .F3D Archive File and attach it to your next post.

a 2 mm bit wont fit in a 2 mm hole or it should fail when you goto do the toolpath.

Thanks, I will fix a file and put it up.

I know 2 mm bit can't make a 2 mm hole.
