Sinking tool tables Apple to windows

Are a person tool list meant to sink between a windows computer and an Apple computer, the tool lists came from the windows computer and was uploaded to the Apple computer I added a new tool on the windows computer and it won't show up in the Apple computer.

I have manually fixed it for now but it seems like something that should just work since the tool list comes from the same places.

I have noticed post-processors have the same problem.

It is a right pain.

Are you talking about tool libraries - or something else?

For tool libraries, this should definitely work for tools in Cloud libraries, assuming that Cloud libraries are enabled on both machines, and you're using the same account.

Yes the cloud tool libraries, I was working on a tool table at the same time.

They don't sink at all, I spent a few hours just trying to get it to work, the file size is the same on both machines and the version number updates but tools are missing.

Hmm. When you say the file size is the same, which file(s) are you referring to? Where?

Would be useful to see the diagnostic log files on both machines, and understand exactly what you're doing, when you are expecting things to synch.

Thanks,

  Jeff
