Siemens Mill-turn toolchange

Hi,

I am not able to change my PP for a CLX 450 DMG Siemens.

When calling a tool, the PP write it with "M6" which doesn't work with a turret.

It should write "TC(1)" instead of "M6"

Does anybody know where to change it??

Thank you!

What it write:

N11 T="FRAISE_8_MD"
N12 M6

What I want it to write:

N11 T="FRAISE_8_MD"
N12 TC(1)

And the answer is to always have "TC(1)" posted instead of M6?

Yes it is!

Funnily M6 does work on our Doosan turning machines with Siemens.

But this line is in your post:

writeBlock(mFormat.format(6));

If you change that to this:

writeBlock("TC(1)");

You should get what you want.

PS. As always with an edited post. Test carefully.
